The fiery debut that exploded rock ambitions
Their starting point, with a strong groove and heat running through it.
Their debut album, On Time, was released by Capitol in August 1969. It was a burst of hard, bluesy rock. Recorded at a studio in Cleveland, Ohio, and produced by Terry Knight, the lead track, "Time Machine," charted as a single (reaching #48 on the Billboard Hot 100), and the album itself was later certified gold following the success of their second album.
